Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

This privacy notice has been prepared by MenbaNet (Türkiye), acting as the Data Controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Your personal data is processed within the framework described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data may be processed through the contact/quote form and your communications via our website:

• Identity information (first name, last name)
• Contact information (e-mail address, phone number)
• Company information and the content of the request/message you submit through the form
• Technical data (limited usage data collected through cookies)

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of managing your quotes and requests, communicating with you, providing and improving our services, fulfilling our legal obligations, and operating our website securely.

4. Legal Grounds

Your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the Data Controller; and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the relevant legislation, to the infrastructure providers we use to deliver our services (for example, the e-mail service provider used for form submissions) and to legally authorised public authorities. Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties beyond these purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information regarding such processing if it has taken place; learn the purpose of processing; request the correction of your data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request its deletion or destruction within the scope of the relevant legislation; and object to any outcome that arises to your detriment as a result of your processed data being analysed exclusively through automated systems.

8. Method of Application

You may submit your requests regarding your rights to info@menba.net. Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
